We recently completed at HSE notifiable works at Alnwick Castle, Northumberland, on behalf of The Northumberland Estates. The work involved the removal of insulating board panels lined to stairwell in a private sector of the castle, owned by the Duke of Northumberland. We also employed the services of an independent licenced scaffolding company for fixed scaffold to the staircase forming the basis for the enclosure as well as access. Works went well and the scaffold was kept in place for the Estates to replace the insulating board panels.
A clean of the basement area which required our expert Quill blast team. Quilling, pipework wrap / cut and fine clean of all areas. Complex in its nature – we worked closely with main contractors, M&E designers and the duty holder. Delivered on time with glowing feedback from the client.
