Chirmarn Ltd are delighted to announce the results of two independent audits carried out by our governing bodies, ARCA, and ACAD.
The 1st one being a prestigious job in London carried out by ACAD. Receiving a 96% score, great effort by the site team, our contracts manager, and the supporting team within the office.
This site is located on the sixth floor of a private apartment block in an exclusive area of central London. It has a very unusual external street scaffolding to access the apartment, with no internal access allowed due to other properties being occupied.
The access is via a code locked door into a small ladder access box compartment constructed under the scaffold structure. Access and egress from site can only be undertaken via the purpose built Haki scaffold staircase.
On arrival I contacted the site Supervisor who instructed me on the access procedure including door code to enter the site. Chirmarn are the only contractors on site and have total control of access and security.
Throughout the audit mark and his operatives displayed a high level of knowledge and conformity to site procedures and management.
All issues with emergency procedures were discussed with Mark who confirmed that he had given a recorded site-specific instruction to his operatives on emergency evacuation and safe muster point procedures.
The 2nd one being an independent audit carried out by ARCA.
Works were removal and disposal of AIB boxing to steel beams in the ceiling void, job completed within the 4-day specified time scale.
The audit was carried out during the erecting of the enclosure, no removals had started hence no signage etc. on the photos. This audit received a 94% score (Gold Award), great effort by the site team, our Contracts Manager, and the supporting team within the office.
Chirmarn Ltd are also just as delighted to promote our non-notifiable emergency call out works that we provide for our clients.
We constantly receive excellent 100% KPI scores form our client’s.
Our dedicated-on call teams constantly preforming, supported by our office staff and on call contracts managers.
Chirmarn Ltd, carried out emergency remedial works at this historic site at the request of North Tyneside Council.
The work consisted of carrying out a localised environmental clean of potentially contaminated surfaces within the Plant Room, allowing the Client’s appointed heating engineer safe access to carry out essential inspections after heating failure.
Our works were completed in the morning and the heating was back on in the afternoon, with thanks from the Client for our reactive response.
