Domestic Asbestos

Asbestos was widely used in the construction of commercial and domestic properties until the use of brown and blue asbestos was banned in the mid 80’s, with a total ban 1999. Asbestos was mainly used in decorative textured coatings, floor tiles, water tank and pipe lagging, soffit boards and garage roofs.
